Original era manufacture. Dark steel patina finish blade, hooked guard, contoured wood grips, with a rounded, bird-head pommel. The blade has a dark steel patina finish with a light peppering of surface corrosion along its length, mix of blue and steel patina finish to the guard and pommel, sound wooden grips, displaying typical marring and denting from service use. Steel patina finish scabbard with evidence of corrosion pitting on each side, with minor scattered denting along its length.
