Original period manufacture. Hooked guard, rounded birdhead pommel, contoured wood grips and a bright finished blade.The blade displays a mix of steel patina finish with staining, and surface corrosion near the point. Clear makers logo on the ricasso of the Rocking Star.Steel patina finish to the guard and pommel. Original finish wooden grips, displaying typical marring and denting from service use.Scattered denting on the blue steel scabbard, some rather deep. Another of the less common manufacturers of the Type 30 bayonet.
