Original era manufacture. Japanese WWII Type 30 bayonet and metal scabbard. Kokura arsenal mfg.Blue finish blade with fullers, hooked guard, flat birdhead pommel and dark finish contoured wood grips.The blade is very clean with clear markings on the ricasso. No nicks in the cutting edge. No corrosion staining to the surface.  Normal denting and surface marring to the wood grips with a small chip on the left lower edge back of the guard. Dark steel patina finish to the scabbard, guard and pommel.
