Original period manufacture. A nice quality bayonet for a trainer. Bright finished blade, hooked guard, pot belly contour wood grips in original finish and a rounded type bird head pommel. Blue finish to all of the metal portions including the sheet steel scabbard which is amazingly dent free, just some spots ofold cleaned corrosion. On the right side grip panel is a small square stamp with a kanji inside.
