Original period manufacture. Typical pattern, double loop suspension of brown leather. Steel closure buckle which is broken at the curve, but when affixed to the scabbard should be fairly invisible. The leather has stiffened a bit from age but is not rock-hard and should display quite well. Both rivets are in place and the stitching is sound.
