Original period manufacture. Aluminum grip with a good amount of the original paint finish remaining on the surface, with a copper washed collar, marked to what is believed to be the Iijima Sword company, with a Kokura proof next to it.Solid black iron tsuba, with a lock mechanism on the top of the grip.The blade is very clean, showing only some light scattered scratching to the surface, with a nice luster to the finish.  Serial number 33329 stamped below the spine.Near dent free steel scabbard with with its original finish, matching serial number 33329 stamped into the top of the scabbard throat.
