Original era manufacture. One of the three types of Imperial Japanese wound badges of the WWII era. This example would have been presented to a soldier was injured or contracted an illness during his service. Silver with an enameled obverse. Scattered amount of typically found age cracking and chipping in the enamel. With an original era balsa wood box, for another badge of some type.
