Original period manufacture. Spanish made grille badge for the Las Vegas Region chapter of the SCCA. From my own collection, purchased on EBAY about 20 years or so ago. Measures 90 mm in width, with two mounting holes on the reverse. Remnants of an old "Made In Spain" tag.
