Item #69780 : Original period manufacture. Die struck badge just like the common black variety typically encountered in brass or steel. This non-magnetic silver grade badge exhibits a wash finish displaying honest age and wear to the high points, and strong traces of the original silvering in the recesses. Certainly an unusual variant, and one of the few I can remember having over the years.
