Original era manufacture. All steel construction, measuring 12 inches overall, with a 7.5 inch blade, and a 20 mm socket opening at its base.The shank and base of the blade show a hand decorated floral design on both sides with central ridge on each side of the blade.Nice steel patina finish to the weapon, this may date earlier than the 19th century.
