Original era manufacture. Part of the estate of Major General James M Bevans. Seven inch curved steel blade with a white bone handle and linked chain guard. Brass guard with an eagle head pommel. The blade is bright with some scattered areas of surface corrosion. Simple leather scabbard with a brass throat, missing the brass tip.
