Original period manufacture. Award to members of the Philippine Armed Forces and their Allies, who withstood the initial Japanese attacks from 8 December 1941-15 June 1942. Complete with original ribbon. US personnel serving in the Philippines during this time period would qualify for the medal. Soiling to the ribbon from wear and handling.
