Post WWII Production. This is a well made replica of the famed German Stick Grenade of WWII. I remember these quite well as a young collector back in the early 1970's, they seemed to be everywhere at the time. It is well made, with a solid cast head, a waffenamt proof in the top with a removable metal cap on the end of the handle. Normal age and wear.
