Original era manufacture. Silver medal with original ribbon and suspension bar, enameled emblem on the obverse. Small spot of age darkening on the lower left quadrant of the enameled emblem. Reverse marked Uz Narsuma 1918, XI, 23. Very clean condition, comes with an old collection card dated 6/68 with a then purchase price of $12.
