This is a 1/9 plate Ambrotype housed in a half case with matt, preserver and glass. The subject is a pretty woman with an interesting backdrop. Her ornate chair blends in with the backdrop. The backdrop is an outdoor scene. The women's dress has a nice pattern and is trimmed in lace.
