Original era manufacture. I am not sure of the age on this little stature, but would guess that it would pre-date the Soviet era, or even after 1989, when it became OK to display the Tsar's image again, it's difficult to say with certainty. It is a nicely done, copper colored ceramic statue of the murdered Tsar in simple military uniform and sitting pensively on a tree stump. The statue stands just over 5 inches in height with several small nicks in the finish on the edges. No major damage just typical bumps and wear, most of which could be made to disappear with a little darkening.
