Item #68216 : Original period manufacture. A very well made order issued by the South Korean government in several series. This example is the August 1951 series, replaced or upgraded in 1963. Known as Chungmu, with a silver star on the ribbon. Online sources state this grade was awarded to Pilots. Many foreign military men were recipients of this award during the Korean War. Nicely toned patina with damage free enameling, pinback suspension on the reverse of the ribbon.
