Original era manufacture. Silver medal of two piece construction with a gilded star burst behind the enameled star, indicating a first class award. In 1985 the Sovietgovernment awardedthe surviving WWII veterans with either the 1st or 2nd class Order of the Patriotic War. These are made of silver, with beautiful enameling typical of Soviet awards. No damage, light age and wear, serial numbered on its reverse.
