Original era manufacture. Sterling silver medal with a gold applied hammer & sickle emblem, early six digit serial number on its reverse 569554.Alloy screw disc on its reverse. WWII decoration which was worn with pride by its owner. No enamel damage to the star. Serial number range indicates an issuein the summer of 1945.
