Original era manufacture.14 Karat gold and sterling silver medal with a separate gold hammer & sickle emblem, six digit serial number on its reverse 1126510, which indicates an award in 1945.A WWII decoration which was worn with pride by its owner. No enamel damage to the star, silver securing plate. Beautiful toned patina finish.
