Original era manufacture. Sterling silver medal with a gold applied hammer & sickle emblem, early six digit serial number on its reverse 680881. Original, silver and gold, WWII decoration which was worn with pride by its owner. No enamel damage to the star, backing plate is a bit oversize for the threads.
