Original era manufacture. No need to guess what country influenced the design of this attractive helmet.Cuirassier  pattern helmet with a step visor and clover leaf base to the spike. The helmet is missing it's liner, but is otherwise intact. There is an even surface corrosion finish to the polished steel surface. This surface would benefit greatly from a liberal application of elbow grease and polish. No dents or cracks in the steel. A very impressive looking helmet.
