Original era manufacture. Impressive Swiss bayonet with a 19 inch polished steel blade and sawback spine. Maker marked on the ricasso HSW and a date of 1934. The blade is clean, shows some runner wear and some light spotting but no corrosion or sharpening. Steel patina guard and pommel, sound wooden grips. Steel mounted black leather scabbard with sound stitiching, normal age and wear overall. First example I can remember seeing with a 1934 date.
