Original era manufacture. Excellent Swiss quality manufacture, with a 19 inch polished steel blade with a sawback spine. Original finish wooden grips withperhaps a unit number on the obverse grip plate, J880. Even, steel patina finish to the guard, pommel and scabbard body. The scabbard body is dent free, overall condition of this massive bayonet is quite sound.
