Original era manufacture. Massive sawback bayonet with a 19 inch steel blade and saw edge spine. Maker marked on the ricasso H3. The blade displays a fairly bright steel finish with minor age staining, with no corrosion issues. Mix of light surface speckling steel patina finish to the guard and pommel with sound original wooden grips, operable lock button.  The scabbard is free of dents and has a mix of blue and steel patina finish, the leather tab is intact.
