Original period manufacture. A fairly current painted lead figure in the form of Tsar Alexander of Russia circa 1812. The overall height including the wooden base is slightly 5 .75inches. The Emperor is displayed in full uniform complete with medals and sword. The entire presentation exhibits a high degree artistry, with excellent detail and care taken in the finish. A paper label on the bottom of the base provides description details, along with a date of  a completion date of 1995. The painting of the figure was indeed a labor of love, requiring many hours of time and care. Signed by the artist on the back of the base, Grasse.
