Item #69959 : Original period manufacture. Handsome dark blue wool short coat or jacket, with elaborate gold wire decoration on each cuff, gold brocade down the front, with an ornate collar, matching shoulder boards. Red silk lining, with a red moroccan waistband. Dark blue wool high waisted trousers with a wide red wool stripe down each leg. Name tag in the waistband so some chance for research exists. The coat exhibits very minor moth issues while the trousers have a few holes as shown. Being dark helps a great deal in hiding the sins.
