Original period program, US 1884 West Point graduation program, signed on the interior, Compliments fo E.W. McCaskey. Major William Edward McCaskey 1863-1933, West Point 1886, 21st Infantry retiring in 1908 in the rank of Major. Nephew of  Colonel McCaskey of Civil War and Indian War fame. Comes with several printed sheets of his service information and copy of his photograph.
