Original period manufacture. Issue quality hat and coat in dark blue wool with light blue wool piping. Gilt rimless eagle buttons on the coat and hat side buttons. The coat is very clean, no moth issues that I could see. Full black cloth lining with tan sleeve lining. Written inside the left shoulder lining is the name H.W. DEGE, G.19, and in the right H.W.D. G.19. I did a quick look on Ancestry and found a Henry Dege serving in the 28th Infantry in 1911. Maybe him. Size about a 40 Long. The hat is also of issue quality.
