Original period manufacture. Wool bunting flag with 48 individually sewn stars on the field. White cotton hoist with two zinc grommets. The flag measures 19 x 25 inches, with some light mothingat the center of theflag.By the quality of construction I would date this flag at least to the WWII era, possibly WWI. Flown on the bow of US Navy & US Coast Guard vessels.
