Original period manufacture. Pliable brown leather sword knot measuring 16 inches in length, ready for display on your M1913 Patton Saber. Original examples are quite scarce, and seemingly always missing. The current excellent replicas offered by our old friend Jerry Lee of What Price Glory, show two small leather slides, our example retains one, further, the end of Jerry's replica shows small leather extension fringe at the tip, on our example they have broken away long ago.
