Original era manufacture. When first presented here on our site, we incorrectly identified this as a variant of the 45th Infantry Division of the same era. A sharp-eyed, better informed local collector James B., provided a link properly identified to the Thomas Jefferson High School, Junior ROTC program. It remains a great old piece of insignia, and one that certainly wouldn't be in wear today. Minor mothing.Thank you Jim for the heads-up.
