Original era manufacture. Bronze colored suspension bar and medal with a red-white-blue silk ribbon, as worn by an honorary assistant Sergeant of Arms, while attending the 1940 National Convention in Philadelphia. Measures 3.75 inches in length, normal age and wear, no issues.
