Original era manufacture. US American Red Cross (ARC) belted dress, Volunteer sleeve insignia.This dress looks like it was never worn and it is in a nice larger size. Made by C.D. Williams and Co. of Philadelphia, PA. This company started business May 5, 1926.  Size 16. Loose fitting with a 38 inch bust and 45 inches long. Large hem. Blue buttons which are all present. A button for the belt looks like it was never attached or present.
