Original era manufacture. Neat old relic once sold by the famous firm of Francis Bannerman & Sons of New York. Stamped brass infantry helmet plate which is mounted to a black painted shield shaped piece of wood. Old Bannerman's tag on the reverse tells the story. Light age and wear.
