Original era manufacture. As I understand, these buckles accompanied the purchase of a 2nd Generation cased Colt Pocket Model revolver. Produced in the 1970's Colt Firearms brass buckle in the original box. Model W5239. Gilded bronze buckle in its fitted box with lapel button. Near new condition.
