Original era manufacture. Dark olive green canvas with rimless eagle snap button closures. Clear MILLS markings on the the metal adjusting tabs, and a faint MILLS stencil on the inside of the belt. Darkened brass sabre suspension loop, attached to the belt by a brown leather tab. Normal age and wear, a very clean overall.
