Original period manufacture. A very clear image of a company grade Union officer shown wearing his swordbelt, and holding his forage cap in his right hand. Of note are the cuff decoration on his frock coat, this should be able to provide perhaps some identity to his regiment at least.Connecticut photographers back mark, the bottom of the mount has had the corners rounded.
