Item #68063 : Original period manufacture. Two sided document providing service details of Charles L. Hastings, of Company C, 93rd New York Infantry. This shows a discharge date of October 1863, given at Brandy Station Virginia. He Immediately reenlisted and received his final discharge in 1865. Historical Data Systems gives details of his service, including a notation of his wounding during the Battle of the Wilderness. No tears, several folds and stains, the writing is very legible.
