Original period manufacture. Gold & silver wire embroidery on a black velvet covered oval, trimmed in twisted brass wire, with silver, false embroidered numerals.  Measures 3.5 x 2.25 inches. The states of Illinois, Indiana, New York, Ohio and Pennsylvania, all had regiments with this number.
