Original era manufacture. A basically sound Cavalry pattern cartridge box, with the inner wood block, and both beltloops present. The flap is very pliable but presents a scuffed finish. The remainder of the box is quite sound with a very clean makers stamp visible on the inner cover. As I said, both belt loops are present, although one has pulled away a bit from the top. Sling buckles and brass closure stud are also present.
