Civil War M1840 US Army NCO sword made by 2.Emerson & Silver and dated 1865.Clean 32 inch polished steel blade with clear markings on the ricasso, even steel patina finish, no corrosion issues. Cast brass guard and grip with a mellow brass patina.Sound, blue steel bodied scabbard with brass fittings, few very shallow dents, with brass throat and chape.
