Original era photography. US Civil War photo album which includes 31 images, from Gem size tintypes, to CDV's with most of the backmarks being of Massachusetts photographers.Among the grouping is a clear image of a standing officer, 2nd Lieutenant rank wearing a frock coat, the reverse is dated March 1864. The album covers are sound with pressed leather covers, both of the brass locking clasps are present. Most of the pages have come loose from the binding.
