Original era manufacture. Bronze medal numbered on the reverse, 3703 with manufacture mark. Identified to Issac Messeroll, 23rd New Jersey Infantry, and possibly the 9th NJ Infantry, as an Issac B. Messeroll is shown on the roster of that regiment.
