Original era manufacture. A very nicely detailed officers quality eagle plate with its original keeper. Brown leather belt with a scalloped design in its surface and a thin brass wire adjusting buckle on its right side. The leather is sound and pliable but presents a rather dry surface but does not rub off in your hands.
