Original era manufacture. Full length example with its original brass mounted leather scabbard. The steel blade is dark and shows evidence of an improper attempt at sharpening along its cutting edge. This can be dressed down by someone who knows what they're doing, I don't. Heavy cast brass one piece guard and grip with the lock button frozen into position. Inspector stamped B.H. on top of the grip and the letters S and P on opposite sides of the guard. The original leather and brass scabbard is sound just the surface has browned with age. Two brass rivets are missing from the chape. 100% of the era, needs a bit of love.
