Original era manufacture. Early WWII issue medal with  a partial wrap brooch style suspension and numbered 43333 on one of the arms of the star. The reverse of the suspension loop is marked BBBCO PHILA. Complete with its proper case of issue, ribbon bar and extra ribbon, with a newspaper clipping of the recipient.  Light age and wear.
