Original era manufacture. Standard pattern blanket bag which is clearly USMC marked on the lower end of the flap. The shoulder straps have been modified, however the lower attaching hooks were retained. The bottom retention strap has been replaced with a leather tab and brass hook, which would be then be used to attach to a white cloth string to allow the transport of bulky cargo. Good color, minor wear and use.
