Original period manufacture. Black leather bodied pouch without the brass corner reinforcements. Standard 20 round canvas cartridge loops, with an interesting stencil, Unit? In the tool pocket is an original 1879 tool which was in their at the time of our purchase. Typical age and wear, no issues. Watervliet markings.
