Original era manufacture. A very clean example, featuring a 7.5 inch wide woven linen blue band with two brown stripes. Black japanned metal buckles with leather fittings. Clear, elongated oval makers stamp, Rock Island Arsenal on one end, and inspector's initials F.W. and W.L.F. on the other. Frankly I do not believe this was ever used, pretty much storage wear only.
